Perfect Vegan Brunch

My apologies that there isn’t a picture but I’m currently obsessed with a little late morning meal I’ve been making. Super easy and very filling. Consists of half of a bagel, cashew cream cheese, alfalfa sprouts and cucumbers. Toast the bagel and wah-lah you have brunch.
